These Terms govern access to and use of the Flip.Tips website, application and related early-stage services.
Flip.Tips is an early-stage software platform designed to help online resellers identify and evaluate potential resale opportunities, estimate resale value and potential profit, and organise information relevant to their resale activity.
Flip.Tips is an intelligence and decision-support tool. It is not a marketplace, broker, financial adviser or seller of the marketplace items evaluated through the service.
Flip.Tips is currently being developed and tested as an MVP. Functionality may therefore change, be limited, become temporarily unavailable or be removed as the product develops.
Access to trial, demonstration or other restricted functionality may require registration and manual approval.
Pricing, subscription tiers or payment interfaces displayed during the MVP stage may be provided for product demonstration and testing.
Flip.Tips does not currently process live card payments through the MVP unless a payment option is expressly identified as active.
Flip.Tips may provide estimates, indicators or calculations concerning matters such as purchase price, resale value, potential profit, return on investment, resale potential or other marketplace-related factors.
These outputs are decision-support information and are not guarantees of a future sale, resale price, profit, return or time to sell. Marketplace conditions, item condition, demand, fees, shipping, taxation and other factors may affect actual outcomes.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to buy, sell, list or otherwise transact in relation to any item.
You are also responsible for checking item authenticity and condition, marketplace terms, transaction risks, applicable fees, shipping, taxation and any legal or regulatory obligations relevant to your activity.
Flip.Tips may display or process information originating from or relating to third-party marketplaces and services. Those services are independently operated and may have their own terms, policies, availability and restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party services do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
You must provide accurate information where required for registration or access and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or its infrastructure, or where these Terms are materially violated.

Subject to third-party rights, the Flip.Tips source code, proprietary business logic, algorithms, user-interface designs, original brand assets and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Flip.Tips intellectual property to users.
Because Flip.Tips is an early-stage product, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, data sources, interfaces and functionality may change during development.
You should independently evaluate important buying and selling decisions rather than relying solely on Flip.Tips estimates or indicators.
Nothing displayed by Flip.Tips should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular opportunity will result in a sale or profit.

These Terms may be updated as the product and its commercial model develop. The latest version will be published on this page.
